Zac’s Back From The Hospital - With Vanessa By His Side!

After a nasty bout of appendicitis, Zac Efron was released from Cedars Sinai this afternoon - and into his girlfriend Vanessa Hudgens' waiting arms!
We caught the High School sweethearts bolting out the back door of Patty's restaurant in Toluca Lake together (with their friend Ashley Tisdale) just a few minutes ago.
That Zac sure bounces back quick, huh? Fresh out of the hospital and he's already running around?
