When it comes to international travel, celebrities have to do all the same things the rest of us have to put up with. And Rachel Bilson was spotted getting her passport photo taken at Kinkos yesterday. The OC hottie was in Burbank, California Thursday, and the paparazzi spotted her doing the whole passport thing, as well as gassing up her Lexus hybrid SUV.
