Celebs all have their own fitness routine - some enjoy powerwalking, some like to shop, and others hit the stairs to work up a sweat.
We caught serious cyclist Dr. McDreamy rocking some spandex and taking a ride on his bike the other day.
While not all celebs get decked out in spandex for a spin around the block, there are plenty of them who enjoy spending time on two wheels (and look good while doing it!), so we dedicated a gallery to them.
