LAPD STILL Denies They’re Investigating Sam Lutfi

As we reported a week ago, the LAPD says they are NOT investigating Sam Lutfi in connection with accusations that he may have drugged Britney Spears, nor are they investigating him for anything else!
Despite a TMZ headline that declares "LAPD Now Confirms Britney Investigation," the statement they were given by Captain Kyle Jackson of the Robbery Homicide division states, "Particular suspects have not yet been fully identified nor has a formal investigation into open charges officially commenced."
Officer Anna Aguirre of the LAPD just told us this:
"That's false; there's no case that has been initiated against him. Robbery Homicide has not confirmed that. As of right now we don't have anything official -- there's no actual investigation, per se. There's no actual investigation that we've been involved in."
So nothing yet ... maybe something to come?
