Stepping away from her brief gym routine with Madonna, Gwyneth Paltrow has made the trip to Paris, France as she promotes her new movie “Iron Man”.
The Academy Award winning actress was spotted out to lunch at the Costes Hotel on Monday (April 21), being helped down the stairs afterwards as she struggled with her shiny pair of platform shoes.
