Well, she's not dancing yet!
Kim Kardashian was in New York yesterday to go on TRL, but it looks like her injured foot still couldn't handle heels, so she opted for the gladiator sandals again...
But Kim's a trooper: after all, she still managed to lug around that monster Fendi bag!
